About Patrick
Patrick Doyle has spent 20 years in London luxury residential construction, beginning as a site carpenter and progressing through site management to his current role as Head of Construction at Hampstead Renovations, which he joined in 2016.
He holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He is responsible for the firm's site operations: trade scheduling, materials procurement, site safety, client communication during construction, and aftersales defect management.
Patrick's trademark is his week-by-week construction programme, which he develops in the design phase and issues to clients before work starts. Every trade is scheduled against this programme, and the programme is updated and re-issued every Friday throughout the build. This level of operational discipline is the foundation of the firm's on-time delivery record.
He has overseen the delivery of more than 90 residential projects in North and Central London, across every category from single-bathroom refurbishments to full four-storey house renovations with basement and loft extensions. His client satisfaction score is 9.8/10 across his project portfolio.
