Penthouse Duplex Refurbishment & Roof Reconstruction
We delivered a full penthouse transformation at Carlton Lodge in prime Belgravia SW1X, including the complete refurbishment of four apartments within the scheme. Works included bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, full M&E renewal (plumbing and electrics), reconfigured layouts, and the unification of the top two levels into a seamless duplex. Within a Grade II listed setting, we rebuilt the roof with structural steel to create bright, open-plan living and expanded luxury space.

Office-to-Retail & Residential Conversion
Hampstead Renovations converted and extended a former office building into a mixed-use scheme in Chelsea SW3, delivering the Calzedonia store fit-out across basement and ground floor, with three high-spec apartments above. Working within Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea planning constraints, we preserved the original façade and added an elegant mansard roof extension—completed with minimal disruption on a busy high street.

We break down every cost line-by-line: materials, labour rates, professional fees, contingency. You'll see exactly where your money goes. No lump sums, no hidden margins.
"How long will my extension really take?"
A typical rear extension: 12-16 weeks from breaking ground. Loft conversion: 8-12 weeks. We provide a fixed programme with weekly milestones—delays mean penalties on our side.
"What happens if something unexpected is found?"
We include a 10% contingency in every quote for unknowns (hidden rot, asbestos, structural issues). If we don't use it, you don't pay it. No surprise invoices.
"Do you handle planning permission?"
Yes, our in-house architects manage all planning applications. We have a 98% approval rate in Camden and know exactly what local planners expect.
