Interior design should be lived in, not looked at
A beautiful room that doesn't work for your family is just a photograph. We design interiors from the inside out — starting with how you actually live. Where do you cook? Where do the children do homework? How does the morning light enter the bedroom? These questions shape every material choice, every layout decision, every piece of joinery we specify.
Because we're also the builder, our interior design isn't aspirational — it's deliverable. Every material we specify, we've installed before. Every joinery detail we draw, our carpenters have built. That construction knowledge makes our design sharper, more practical, and more honest about what things cost.
Interior design services
From spatial planning to the final cushion — every element curated to create a home that feels authentically yours.
Kitchen Design
Bespoke kitchen layouts optimised for how you cook and entertain. Cabinet configurations, worktop materials, appliance specification, lighting design, and splashback selections — all coordinated as one vision.
Bathroom Design
Spa-quality bathroom design from spatial planning to brassware specification. Tiling patterns, vanity units, shower enclosures, underfloor heating, and steam systems — designed to the last millimetre.
Bespoke Joinery
Custom-designed cabinetry, wardrobes, media walls, library shelving, and window seats. Every piece drawn to your exact dimensions and built by our in-house carpenters in solid timber and premium veneers.
Lighting Design
Layered lighting schemes combining ambient, task, and accent lighting. Architectural features highlighted, work surfaces properly illuminated, and mood created through dimmers, circuits, and colour temperature.
Material Palettes
Curated material selections that flow through your home with coherence. Stone, timber, metal, fabric, and paint — sourced from specialist suppliers and presented with physical samples for your approval.
Colour Consultancy
Whole-home colour strategies that consider natural light orientation, room function, ceiling height, and architectural character. We test colours in situ before committing — because paint looks different on every wall.
The heart of your home, designed around how you live
Every kitchen we design starts with a conversation about how you cook. Do you batch-cook on Sundays? Do the children sit at the island for breakfast? Do you entertain with wine while cooking? These habits shape the layout — not a showroom template.
- Layout optimisation — work triangles, prep zones, storage logic
- Cabinetry design — handleless, Shaker, slab, bespoke profiles
- Worktop selection — quartz, marble, granite, Dekton, timber
- Appliance specification — Gaggenau, Miele, Sub-Zero,DERA
- Island design — seating, integrated storage, downdraft extraction
Spa-quality spaces designed to the last millimetre
A bathroom should feel like a private retreat. We design every element — from the fall of water in the shower to the warmth of the floor underfoot — so that the room works beautifully in practice, not just in photographs.
- Suite selection — Duravit, Villeroy & Boch, Victoria + Albert
- Brassware — Vola, Dornbracht, Crosswater, Samuel Heath
- Tiling design — large-format, mosaic, natural stone, porcelain
- Wet rooms — tanking, gradient falls, drainage design
- Underfloor heating — electric and water-based systems
From mood board to move-in day
Interior design integrated into the build timeline — so your finishes, fixtures, and fittings arrive exactly when they're needed on site.
Brief
We understand your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. Room-by-room, we discuss how each space should feel, function, and flow into the next.
Concept
Mood boards, material samples, colour palettes, and 3D renders. We present a cohesive interior vision for your approval before any orders are placed.
Specify
Detailed specifications for every finish, fitting, and fixture. Supplier orders coordinated with the build programme so nothing delays the project.
Install
Our build team installs everything to the design intent. The same designer who chose the materials supervises their installation — ensuring quality from swatch to site.
Why design-build produces better interiors
No Handover Gap
The person who designs your kitchen is on site when it's fitted. No lost details, no interpretation gaps, no "that's not what I specified" moments.
Realistic Budgets
We know what materials cost installed — not just on the price list. Our interior budgets are honest because they include labour, waste, and the hidden costs most designers forget.
Procurement Managed
We order, track, and receive every material. Lead times coordinated with the build programme. You don't chase deliveries — we do.
Physical Samples
We don't spec from screens. Physical samples of every material are presented in your home so you see colours and textures in the light they'll live in.
3D Visualisation
See your interiors rendered photorealistically before committing. Test material combinations, lighting moods, and spatial arrangements in detailed 3D views.
Single Contract
Design, supply, and installation under one fixed-price contract. No separate design fees, no subcontractor surprises, no coordination headaches.
"The interior design was seamless. From the first mood board to the final cushion, everything was coordinated beautifully. The kitchen they designed is exactly how we imagined it — better, actually, because they thought of details we never would have considered."Laura & David ChenBelsize Park, NW3

Interior design FAQ
Not with us. Our in-house design team handles spatial planning, material selection, lighting design, and joinery specification. For larger projects, we collaborate with specialist interior designers and manage the coordination. Either way, one point of contact.
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with independent interior designers and are experienced at interpreting design intent into buildable specifications. We'll coordinate procurement and installation to ensure their vision is delivered faithfully.
For a single room (kitchen or bathroom), the design phase typically takes 3–4 weeks. A whole-home scheme runs 6–8 weeks. In a design-build project, interior design runs in parallel with the architectural design and construction planning — so it rarely adds time to the overall programme.
Yes. We have trade accounts with premium suppliers across London — stone yards, timber merchants, tile showrooms, kitchen manufacturers, and bathroom specialists. We manage all procurement, delivery scheduling, and quality checks.
Yes — photorealistic 3D renders are included in our design packages. You'll see your kitchen with the exact worktop, cabinet colour, and flooring rendered under accurate lighting conditions before any orders are placed.
That's fine. Our standalone interior design packages cover everything from concept to specification. You can then use our drawings and specifications to brief any contractor you choose. Many clients start design-only and later choose to have us build as well.
