3D Visualisation

See your renovation before it's built.

Photorealistic 3D renders and virtual walkthroughs that let you experience every material, every light source, every proportion — before a single brick is laid. Confident decisions. No surprises.

Why Visualise

Eliminate guesswork, design with certainty

Choosing materials from tiny samples is a gamble. Imagining how a room will feel from a flat floor plan is nearly impossible. 3D visualisation removes that uncertainty entirely. You see your kitchen with the exact stone worktop, the precise cabinet colour, the way afternoon light hits the splashback — all before you commit.

As designers and builders, our 3D work isn't just pretty pictures — it's a construction planning tool. We use renders to resolve spatial conflicts, test material combinations, and ensure the design intent survives the build process. What you see in the render is what you get in reality.

What We Offer

Visualisation services

From single-room renders to full property walkthroughs — every service designed to help you make confident design decisions.

Interior Renders

Photorealistic views of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and bedrooms showing exact materials, lighting conditions and spatial proportions. Typically 3–5 key views per project.

Exterior Renders

Show how extensions, new facades, and landscaping will look from the street and garden. Essential for planning applications in conservation areas and for client approval.

Virtual Walkthroughs

Navigate through your future home room by room. Understand flow, proportions and sight-lines in a way static images simply cannot achieve. Ideal for larger projects.

Material Studies

Compare marble vs quartz, oak vs walnut, brass vs chrome — rendered in situ with accurate lighting. See how different material palettes transform the same space.

Lighting Simulation

Visualise how natural and artificial light will interact in your spaces at different times of day. Morning, midday, evening — each rendered to test your lighting design.

Planning Visuals

3D views prepared specifically for planning submissions. Show Conservation Officers and planning committees exactly how your project will sit within the streetscape.

Interior Visualisation

Every surface, every finish — rendered in photorealistic detail

Our interior renders go beyond basic spatial layouts. We model exact materials — the veining in your marble, the grain of your timber, the sheen on your brassware. Combined with accurate lighting simulation, you can assess how your kitchen will look at 8am and 8pm.

  • Kitchen renders — cabinetry, worktops, splashbacks, appliances
  • Bathroom renders — tiling, suites, brassware, lighting
  • Living spaces — flooring, joinery, natural light studies
  • Bespoke joinery — wardrobes, media walls, shelving
3D exterior render of rear extension
Exterior Visualisation

See how your extension will look — before you apply for planning

Exterior renders are invaluable for planning applications, especially in conservation areas where officers need to see exactly how the proposal relates to the existing building and street. Our renders show material finishes, shadow patterns, and context views.

  • Street views — how the extension reads from the pavement
  • Garden views — rear extension proportions and glazing
  • Roof views — dormer and mansard loft conversions
  • Context renders — neighbouring properties shown for scale
Our Process

From floor plan to photorealistic render

Every visualisation follows a structured process — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and renders that match what will actually be built.

01

3D Model

We build a precise 3D model from your architectural drawings — walls, windows, ceiling heights, structural details. The digital twin of your project.

02

Materials

Every surface receives its specified material — exact stone, timber, tile, paint, metal. We use manufacturer textures and custom-scanned samples.

03

Lighting

Natural light simulated for your orientation and time of day. Artificial lighting positioned and specified to match the lighting design. Shadows, reflections, ambient occlusion.

04

Render

High-resolution photorealistic output. Typically delivered within 5–7 working days. Revisions included to refine materials or viewpoints until you're satisfied.

The Difference

Why our renders are more accurate

We Build What We Render

Because we're also the builder, our renders aren't aspirational — they're construction documents. What you see is precisely what will be delivered on site.

Real Materials, Not Stock

We model the actual products you'll specify — the exact marble slab, the precise cabinet finish, the specific brassware range. No generic textures.

Accurate Lighting

We simulate your actual orientation, window sizes, and time of day. Morning light from the east, afternoon sun from the west — rendered honestly.

Construction Integrated

Our 3D models feed directly into the construction process. The same model used for visualisation informs structural coordination and build sequencing.

Revision Rounds

Every package includes revision rounds. Change the worktop, swap the floor tile, move the pendant light — until you're completely confident in every choice.

Planning Support

Our planning-grade renders have helped secure approvals in Hampstead, Belsize Park, Highgate and across NW London's conservation areas.

"Seeing the 3D renders completely changed how we made decisions. We could compare three different kitchen layouts side by side, see exactly how the marble would look with our chosen flooring, and walk through the extension before it was built. It removed all the guesswork."

Common Questions

3D Visualisation FAQ

How realistic are the 3D renders?

Extremely realistic. We use physically-based rendering with accurate light simulation, real material textures, and manufacturer product models. Most clients struggle to distinguish our renders from photographs of the completed project.

How long does a render take to produce?

A single room typically takes 5–7 working days from confirmed design and material selections. A full property package takes 2–3 weeks. Rush turnarounds are available for planning deadlines.

Can I change materials after seeing the render?

Absolutely — that's the whole point. Every package includes revision rounds so you can swap materials, adjust colours, or test alternatives. It's far cheaper to change a render than to re-tile a bathroom.

Do you provide renders for planning applications?

Yes. We produce planning-grade exterior renders showing proposed extensions, loft conversions, and alterations in context with neighbouring properties. These are formatted for submission to local planning authorities and conservation officers.

Can I commission visualisation without a build contract?

Yes. Our standalone visualisation packages are available to any homeowner, architect, or interior designer. You don't need to be a build client. However, when visualisation is part of a design-build project, it's typically included at no extra cost.

What do you need from me to start?

Architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations), confirmed material selections or a shortlist, and any reference images showing the style you're aiming for. If we're designing your project, we already have all of this.
