How we use your email address
Hampstead Renovations uses your email to deliver the requested pack through Resend. We keep your delivery request, source page and time in Cloudflare for up to 12 months. Short-lived hashed email and connection identifiers help limit repeated requests. We do not put your email address into analytics or page URLs.
Promotional email is a separate, optional choice. If you opt in, we keep a separate record of what you agreed to, when and how, for as long as we rely on that consent. If your subscription succeeds, Resend holds your subscription for renovation tips and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by emailing contact@hampsteadrenovations.co.uk. Existing unsubscribe preferences are respected. We review records and remove those no longer needed; a minimal suppression record may be kept to honour an opt-out. See our privacy policy.
