Practical Considerations

Boundary ownership: Before any fence installation, we help clarify which boundary is yours from the title deeds or Land Registry plan. This avoids disputes with neighbours and ensures you're not inadvertently encroaching on their land.

Planning permission: Fences up to 1m high on a road boundary, or up to 2m elsewhere, are generally permitted development. Higher fences or those in conservation areas may need consent. We advise on this from the outset and submit applications where needed.
