James Marshall has led commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and dilapidations programmes across the City, Canary Wharf, and West End for over 18 years. Before joining Hampstead Renovations, he was a Senior Project Manager at a top-five UK fit-out contractor delivering CAT B fit-outs for finance and legal occupiers. James holds RICS chartered status and an MSc in Construction Project Management. He sits on the BCO London Members' Committee and contributes to industry publications on commercial fit-out trends.
