David Chen is M&E Lead at Hampstead Renovations, responsible for electrical, mechanical ventilation, cooling, and BMS integration across the commercial portfolio. David is NICEIC-qualified, F-Gas certified, and brings 20 years of commercial M&E experience across CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, lighting upgrades, and HVAC modernisation. Before joining the firm he was MEP Director at a London-based building services consultancy. He has authored white papers on tunable-white lighting and MVHR retrofits in heritage offices.
